Returns

At Gallery Number One we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return goods to us. To make the returns process as easy as possible, we have set out the following guidelines:

1. Returns Slip

Within each order we will include a returns slip for you to fill out should you require to return any goods. Simply fill out the returns form stating whether you require an exchange or refund, package the goods and return the parcel accordingly.

2. Returns Conditions

The product must be in it's original condition and include all original packaging materials and labels. We cannot accept the return of used or damaged goods.

3. Returns Period

Refunds and exchanges can be made up to 14 days from receipt of your order.

4. Returns Address
